Asbestos - Lead - Mold

Lynx Contractors, Inc. is a licensed asbestos abatement contractor and transporter in the State of Texas.  LCI has abated asbestos from a variety of buildings, houses, and structures prior to renovations or demolition.  LCI follows regulatory guidelines and is familiar with the Texas Asbestos Health Protection Act (TAHPA), which is enforced by the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and the federal National Environmental Safety and Heath Protection Act (NESHAP) requirements.  LCI specializes in performing asbestos abatement in commercial or public development projects.

We own and maintain our own asbestos abatement equipment.  Our employees are trained and licensed by the Department of State Health Services and receive yearly physicals and annual refresher training.  The ability to work in multiple locations on a variety of projects is what sets us apart at LCI, we not only put an emphasis on safety, but we prioritize our clients needs based upon their project timing and budgets.

LCI can assist you with your lead removal projects.  We maintain our company license as a Lead Removal Contractor #...... through DSHS as well as our workers.  LCI often times will need to remove lead based paint (LBP) prior to a bridge demolition and removing lead paint from surfaces during building renovations.  Typically the lead removal projects we perform at Lynx, involve careful and strategic planning.  Most often these projects involve removing LBP from surfaces that are difficult to reach and contain.

There are three different types of methods that we at LCI can use to remove lead based paint (mechanical-chemical-component removal), all three of these methods are an effective method to remove LBP.  LCI works with our clients to develop the best removal technique for their projects.

Lynx Contractors, Inc., is also licensed in the State of Texas, License Number#........, we have been performing mold remediation in commercial buildings since…….  We offer our clients quick response and mobilization to their projects.  Often times mold related projects involve newly found mold and require that immediate steps be taken to remediate the problem.
